May 3, 2021Oculus Biomed Limited (“OBM”) is pleased to announce the grant of the Chinese Patent which covers its OBM- 17xx. The term of the Chinese patent extend its patent protection to February 2035 and covers OBM-17xx and its analogues and their use to treat or protect dry eye diseases. Corresponding patent applications have already been granted in 15 other countries, including USA, Japan, Australia, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc and are pending in Hong Kong and Macau.
