May 15, 2020Oculus Biomed Limited (“OBM”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) with Lanka Graphite Limited (“LGR”) (ASX: LGR). Under the HOA, LGR proposed to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Oculus Biomed Pty Ltd (“OBM”) for a total consideration of up to AUD$12 million. The proposed OBM Acquisition is subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence and the relevant parties entering into a definitive binding agreement.
